Bridget Dillon
(she/her) MA LMHCA ATR-P
Originally from Texas, I moved to Washington to attend graduate school in 2020. My journey into art therapy and counseling was driven by my passion for psychology and art, but what truly solidified my path was witnessing firsthand the healing power of expression through art at various moments in my own life.
I am queer, neurodivergent, and biracial pre-licensed therapist. I have a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Art Therapy from Antioch University.
Collaboration, empowerment, transparency, accessibility, and unconditional acceptance are foundational for my practice. I am trained as an art therapist and a talk counselor and use a blend of relational, polyvagal, narrative, feminist, and systemic approaches.
